He also said that vicious competition in the new energy power generation industry has intensified, and the current project development methods often allocate new energy resources to those who are unwilling to hold operation projects for a long time, and even breed a group of middlemen who specialize in introducing resource transfer information. It is suggested that many measures should be taken to solve the industrial development problems and how to promote the healthy development of the new energy power generation industry. He also suggested accelerating the maturity of the green electricity trading market, establishing a quota-based compulsory green electricity trading market in a timely manner, and releasing the development potential of both the supply and demand sides of green electricity; Establish the price mechanism of energy storage system in photovoltaic power station as soon as possible. "It is recommended to introduce a special energy storage plan as soon as possible, and promote the implementation of support policies for energy storage facilities in new energy projects ... to ensure that new energy can be delivered, supplied and used well."
